Need help with mental health? ECOS Program.
Some moments in our lives can be challenging and, at these times, having a support network is essential to promoting our mental health: friends, family, groups, colleagues, neighbors, teachers, health professionals, and spaces that strengthen belonging and mutual support. ECOS is a mental health program aimed at the USP community, which proposes a break from the university routine, offering a space for support and guidance in the search for paths to overcome different sufferings and difficulties. The program operates on 3 fronts:
A) Listening, support and guidance
B) Coordination of the care network
C) Institutional support
