PhD student Felipe Paes Piva received an Honorable Mention at the XII Anthropology and Human Rights Award: Antiracism and Pluridiversity in the Master's Thesis category for his text "Building racial reparation in our own 'backyard': affirmative action and the 'survival of slavery' in the grammar of academic excellence at the University of São Paulo" during the award ceremony at the 35th Brazilian Anthropology Meeting in Goiânia.
